Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the glgl33 platform — including the website at glgl33.net, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all gaming services offered therein — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the glgl33 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform.

glgl33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Responsibilities

Each eligible individual may open and maintain only one (1) glgl33 account. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

glgl33 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the glgl33 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). glgl33 does not apply currency conversion charges on PHP transactions.

Deposits: Funds deposited via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, or 7-Eleven CLiQQ are credited to your account upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. glgl33 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems. Minimum deposit amounts are published in the account banking section and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in your account. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard Philippine interbank processing timelines.
• glgl33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing large withdrawal requests.

glgl33 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Any fees levied by the player's payment provider are the responsibility of the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

glgl33 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. The following general terms apply to all glgl33 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity; bonus funds are applied thereafter unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Only games designated as eligible for a specific promotion contribute to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game category and are published in the promotion terms.
• glgl33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of promotion terms, glgl33's decision is final.

Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusive play, or exploiting technical errors — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account closure.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games offered on glgl33 — including slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and all bingo variants including Pearls of Bingo — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

Slot games and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited to verify statistical fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual gaming session.

Limitation of Liability

This informal dispute resolution process does not affect your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection laws.
